Growing cybersecurity attacks on supply chains and OT facilities have led MSSPs, such as UST’s Cyberproof and IBM, to offer their clients Radiflow’s CIARA software that can manage the security of multiple OT facilities through an industry-first virtual environment.

Radiflow recorded a two times increase in sales during 2020 compared to the previous year and a three times increase in bookings, with Europe being the fastest growing sales territory. North America and Asia Pacific expansion included new US power utilities and national water and transportation operators in APAC.

Radiflow launched CIARA, a new platform offering Cyber Industrial Automated Risk Analysis (CIARA). The solution helps meet emerging best practice around risk modelling and management using the ISA/IEC 62443 series of standards.

Radiflow has announced the launch of CIARA, the first fully automated tool for assets data collection, data-driven analysis and transparent risk metrics calculation including risk scoring per zone and business process based on business impact.

The new 5.7 release marks the biggest update to the platform and includes over a dozen improvements. These include automatic asset identification, threats prioritization using dynamic risk calculation and refined Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) across an expanded suite of OT protocols.

Ilan Barda, founder and CEO of Radiflow, told SecurityWeek “many smaller [water and wastewater infrastructure] organizations are still going through the process of implementing security measures and they may be more vulnerable.”

Manufacturing is adapting to industry 4.0, where machines are connected to a system that can visualise the entire production line, control and make decisions. However, this transformation is making manufacturers increasingly susceptible to cyber-attack, warns Ilan Barda, CEO of Radiflow.

In the interview, Mr. Kehat spoke of the need to further strengthen industrial networks which are increasingly exposed to outside networks, including the Internet.

Radiflow also announced it has signed Kalis Consulting, a French firm specialising in Building Security Management, as the new partner for the programme.
